THE WISE WOMEN RETREAT SERIES.
INTRODUCING THE WISE WOMAN RETREAT SERIES
A four-part journey back to yourself
Welcome to the WISE Woman Retreat Series — a deeply nourishing experience designed to guide you home to who you are, beyond the demands of daily life.
Motherhood is powerful, but it can also be overwhelming. It stretches us, reshapes us, and at times leaves us feeling depleted, disconnected, and exhausted in ways we never expected.
These retreats are your invitation to pause.
Across four thoughtfully curated moments, you’ll be held in a supportive space where you can:
Reconnect with your body through yoga and ancient practices
Gently regulate and restore your nervous system
Explore your inner landscape with curiosity and compassion
Share, reflect, and connect with other mothers in meaningful ceremony
Each retreat offers a full day dedicated entirely to you — your rest, your healing, your becoming.
Whether you join us for a single retreat or commit to the full journey, this is a space to be seen, supported, and renewed.
If you feel called to experience the full transformation, you can select the Full Retreat Package when booking.
We can’t wait to welcome you.
We will take over DOMA again at this retreat series aimed at going inward in the most nourishing of ways.
We will work with the ancient practices of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra + Qi Gong to open the heart and explore our inner landscape, whilst enabling us to move into the colder seasons with a sense of ease & clarity.
This retreat is for all mothers, but we do not recommend bringing your baby.

About Wise Woman Leah:
Leah Park is the founder of Together Alone Collective, where she guides Qigong (energy awareness) and Inner Alchemy through a deeply embodied approach to transformation. Her work integrates Qigong, Tantric active meditation, Compassionate Inquiry, healing diets, and plant medicine journeys to cultivate presence and inner alignment. At the heart of Leah’s offering is a devotion to the profound awakening that arises through everyday life. Her approach invites a conscious relationship with the body, a more intimate connection to self and spirit, and an experience of healing through self-knowing.
At the foundation of Leah’s work is a personal path of seeking — a desire to live in closer relationship with truth, embodiment, and the mystery of being alive. Over time, this path led her into years of study, exploration, and lived experience across a range of healing and transformational modalities. She has come to understand that the unfolding itself is the path, and that each person, challenge, and encounter carries the potential to reveal another layer of oneself in remembrance.
Leah’s path reflects a lifelong devotion to inner inquiry, embodied practice, and conscious living. Her home has naturally become a place of gathering, practice, and shared inquiry, opening to community as an extension of her life. She continues to serve as a mentor, advisor, and lifelong student, and lives in Sintra, Portugal, with her life partner and daughter.
Our first journey will take us to the stunning Terra Lodge in Saint Isidoro to find inner calm and radiance in motherhood.
Bringing together a postnatal yoga practice & batch flower remedy workshop, we will learn how to feel grounded and calm in motherhood.
You will also be treated to a delicious brunch, moments to pause and connect with other mums.
Bring your baby, the space will hold you.

About Wise Woman Charlotte:
After spending years in the corporate world, Charlotte experienced high stress and chronic pain within herself and everywhere around her. Her anchor to prevent burnout was yoga & meditation. In addition to teaching these ancient practices, she's certified as Human Biomechanics Specialist 1 at Functional Patterns. From there, Charlotte turned to neuroscience, and now translates cutting-edge research into actionable workshops aimed to lower chronic stress levels in the body. Her mission is to bridge the gap between science & somatics - this is exactly where fascia comes to play. Specialising in Myofascial Release, her approach is to work from the inside out: release stress at tissue level, restore homeostasis, rebuild for longevity.
Release deep‑seated stress stored in the fascia—the connective tissue that links every system in the body. When fascia becomes hardened and dehydrated from chronic stress or prologued sitting, it not only accelerates aging but creates tension throughout the entire system. With Myofascial Release we apply firm, focused pressure to decompress the fascia and thereby enable the tissue to re-hydrate and re-mobilise. The nervous system calms instantly, inflammation lowers, metabolic & immune functions improve. Within the workshop, we first locate tension points through a posture check, then follow a full-body sequence to let our fascia flow again. You'll leave the session feeling more ease and higher body awareness.
In our final retreat we will travel to the magical Shanti Space and welcome all mothers from 3 month postpartum. Our final journey aims to hold you in the space of motherhood that can feel vulnerable, overstimulating and revealing at times.
Our aim for this retreat is to utilise yoga practices - asana, breath work and yoga nidra alongside mindset practices that you can use to combat feelings of overwhelm and exhaustion,
We welcome you to join with you baby, however, if you would prefer to come alone that is ok too.
