My pregnancy and postnatal classes utilise the physical practice of yoga, with additional yogic philosophy to enable women to tap into their inner power and soothe the nervous system. Each pregnancy class focuses on a different element: earth, wind, fire, ether, air to rebalance the physical and subtle bodies.

In our postnatal classes we focus on rebuilding strength in the core, releasing and strengthening the pelvic floor as well as finding a deep connection with self & baby. The classes are a slow flow format and always include yoga nidra or an extended svasana.

Pregnancy yoga has so many physical and emotional benefits, and is a vital tool for birth preparation. My classes work through breathing techniques, mantras and physical postures to support your unique journey into motherhood.
